AIBizFloww Terms of Service

1. Scope

These Terms of Service govern the use of services, digital products, and goods offered by AIBizFloww at aibizfloww.top. Our core offering is AI integration and automation solutions for companies.

2. Services

Services refers to custom development, system integration, automation workflow design, implementation, and support. Service details are outlined in the agreement or order confirmation.

3. Digital Products

Digital Products include software licenses, e-books, online courses, and downloadable resources related to AI and automation.

4. Goods

Goods refers to physical items such as hardware modules, sensors, and related devices supplied by AIBizFloww.

5. Fees and Payment

Fees are specified in the order confirmation. All charges are due upon service commencement or digital product delivery. Goods must be paid before shipment.

6. Refund Policy

6.1 Services

Clients may request a refund within 30 days of service start if deliverables are not provided as described. Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 14 days of approval. Unused service hours may be transferred to another project upon request. Custom consulting packages are non-refundable due to upfront resource allocation and planning efforts.

6.2 Digital Products

Digital Products may be refunded within 14 days of purchase if no download or access has been initiated. Refunds are processed via the original method within 14 days after approval.

6.3 Goods

Goods may be returned within 30 days of delivery in original condition. Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective. Refunds are issued via the original payment method within 14 days after receipt and inspection. Trades or replacements are available upon request.

7. Modifications

AIBizFloww reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting and do not affect orders placed prior to modification.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AIBizFloww is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of our offerings.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lucerne.
